Who we are

Extend Homes is an early-stage venture connecting landowners who have unused space on private land with renters who live in an RV on that space.

What we collect

We collect only what you type into our interest-list forms:

• Landowner form: street address, city, state, ZIP code, full name, email, and phone (phone is optional).
• Renter form: desired area (city or county), state, RV size, stay type, full name, email, and phone (phone is optional).
• Investor form: full name, email, and optionally your firm or fund, investor type, how you heard about us, and a free-text note.

We also record basic source attribution: UTM parameters, the referring page, and the landing page you arrived on. We do not collect account details or payment data — there is no account and no payments on this site.

Why we use it

We use your information to contact you about the Extend Homes list, and to understand which channels bring people to us. If you share your details on the investor form, we use them to send occasional updates as we build.

Who we share it with

We don’t share your information with anyone except the service providers we need to store and send it. We don’t sell your data.

Cookies

We set no cookies, and we run no analytics at this time. This site requests fonts from Google Fonts, a third party, which receives your IP address as part of a normal web request.

Retention and your rights

We keep your information until you ask us to delete it. You can ask us to delete your details or unsubscribe at any time by emailing info@extendhomes.us.

If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date above.
